Principles of Private Living and Trust Stewardship
These lessons describe private organization, trust administration, recordkeeping, asset stewardship, contracting, and institutional responsibility. They are educational principles and do not replace legal, tax, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice.
Private Capacity
Private capacity concerns lawful relationships created by agreement, family, association, covenant, trust, ownership, and contract. Acting privately does not automatically exempt a person or trust from generally applicable law.
